The Fitness Suite

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, our gym has been designed with a range of equipment to suit your needs and is divided into cardio and strength sections to help you maximise your time in the Fitness Suite.

Sessions are bookable in 90 minute slots to ensure that the gym is never overcrowded.

Gym Inductions

If you’re going to be using the gym, then why not start with an induction with one of our trained Fitness Instructors? They will introduce you to the gym, show you how the different types of machines and equipment work, and can help create a plan to help start your fitness journey.

Gym Programmes

Joining a gym is a huge step for most of us. To help ensure you stick to your routine and meet your goals, we can help by creating a gym programme.

Having a set program is a good way to keep focussed while in the gym environment, but please remember these will need updating to keep you motivated and your body challenged.

Personal Training

Hiring a personal trainer might seem like a luxury if you are on a tight budget, but if you really want to get the most out of your training then a trainer is a great investment. The improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payment in quality of life.
